QUALITY ASSURANCE SUPERVISOR: The basic purpose of the position is to assist and support the Quality Manager in various Quality areas. Monitor the condition of raw materials before and during production and finished products after they are manufactured to assure they meet White Castle USDA and FDA specifications. This position will be responsible for maintaining and improving the Quality Control Program to ensure finished products meet specifications. Incumbent will give guidance, direction and training to all Team Members with regard to quality, food safety, HACCP, Food Defense, SQF, and GMP requirements.
SERVICE TECHNICIAN: Our Service Technicians will maintain, service, and repair of all the plant equipment to ensure minimum production interruptions, while following SQF, GMP’s, and any other pertinent food safety regulations. Additionally, they are required to:Evaluate and resolve problems on facility equipment during production and non-production hours while following GMP’s and food safety regulations. Perform work order repairs as assigned. Write work orders when problems are found with equipment or facility.
MAINTENANCE MECHANIC: This position is responsible for maintaining and repairing production equipment. Also, repairing equipment in all other areas of the plant facility to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency. Refrigeration equipment must also be maintained to enable a quality product to be produced and stored since temperatures are critical within the production. General upkeep of the building and outside premises must also be maintained.
