Summary:

This position is responsible for providing quantitative information to improve site metrics including all relevant business KPI’s as well as partnering with Marketing and Site Merchandising teams to drive conversion. Drawing on experience, knowledge of web-site functionality, business acumen and creative thinking, this position will deliver the analysis and results for key strategies to business leaders, driving future business growth. In addition, this role will be the subject matter expert of digital analytics providing enterprise level reporting and for business owners to execute day to day operations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Perform in-depth analysis and insight into key digital metrics; monitoring trends, KPI’s and consumer behaviors to associate with current & future strategic initiatives.
  • In partnership with cross-functional team members, provide analytical tools for business owners to drive operations and support business decisions.
  • Support multi-variant testing by developing reporting on predefined benchmarks of various online activities, in conjunction with cross functional partners.
  • Partner with Merchandise Planning, Category Management and eCommerce Marketing to drive business insights from standardized enterprise level reporting.
  • Support cross-functional team members as they preform ad hoc analysis on their businesses as the subject matter expert for digital analytics.
  • Develop and report on executive summaries and dashboards that provide business snapshots and analytical insights.
  • Collaborate with individuals to provide digital metrics to support the creation of annual budgets/plans.
    In support of advance analytics and technical improvements this role is responsible defining, testing and approving tagging requirements.

Requirements:

  • Three to five years of analytics or related experience.
  • Ability to connect consumer journeys to data analytics and communicate to stakeholders.
  • Working knowledge of tag management applications and development.
  • Solid data integrity and accuracy competencies.
  • Ability to integrate multiple report sources to create a single view.
  • Experience with a site catalyst or comparable analytics program.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently as a team member.
  • Inquisitive minded individual seeking to drive positive development.
