Performs clerical/accounts payable functions within Ross Accounts Payable Merchandise and Expense.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Validate Ariba invoice post accuracy to PeopleSoft
- Batch/Pay block/Scan and Attach/Assign Control Group numbers to batches and data entry invoices outside of Ariba into
- PeopleSoft (includes data entry of reimbursements, re-classes, debit/credit memos)
- Scan and Attach backup for Shortage dispute claims and debit memos
- Open & Distribute mail.
- Assist with Check Validation
